jelilive Terms & Conditions – Know Before You Play

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between you ("the Player") and jelilive ("the Platform") governing your use of the jelilive website, mobile interface, and all services accessible through them. By registering an account or otherwise using the jelilive platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jelilive, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jelilive employee.

jelilive reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to have been opened by ineligible players will be suspended pending investigation and any balances may be held pending review.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on jelilive. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual – whether identified by name, identity document, payment channel, device, or IP address – jelilive reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts pending review.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. jelilive is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is considered to have been performed by you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jelilive support immediately.

Account credentials are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access your jelilive account.

4. Deposits

All deposits at jelilive are made and held in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit channels include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. jelilive reserves the right to reverse any deposit that does not meet this requirement and return funds to the originating account.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account dashboard. jelilive does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of delay, contact jelilive support with your transaction reference.

5. Withdrawals

All withdrawals from jelilive are processed in Philippine Peso to a payment account registered in the same name as your jelilive account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, identity verification (KYC) must be completed on your account. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued ID. This verification is required once and unlocks withdrawal functionality permanently once approved.

Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary by payment method and your account's VIP tier. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing. Estimated processing times are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment channel. Balances arising from unreleased bonuses that have not met wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.

jelilive reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for large amounts or where account activity appears unusual.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jelilive offers promotions and bonuses to players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, applicable games, wagering requirements, and validity periods. Bonus funds are credited separately from real money balances. Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before the resulting balance qualifies for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is detailed in the offer terms at the time of the promotion.

jelilive reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer terms. Abuse of the bonus system – including collusion, use of multiple accounts, or placement of offsetting bets – will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on jelilive operate under their own specific rules which are accessible within each game or market. These gameplay rules are part of these overall Terms and players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game they participate in.

jelilive does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, betting market, or event. Scheduled maintenance, provider downtime, or technical issues may temporarily affect access to specific game categories including sports betting, live casino, and slot games.

In the event of a technical error occurring during a game session – such as a disconnection, system fault, or data feed failure – jelilive reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance. jelilive will not be liable for any losses directly caused by technical faults outside its control.

The use of automated betting systems, bots, or any software designed to manipulate or exploit game outcomes or platform mechanics is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and any associated balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

8. Security & Privacy

jelilive employs SSL encryption across all data transmission between the player's device and the platform servers. However, the security of your account depends in part on the security practices you apply on your own devices. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the security of the device you use to access jelilive.

jelilive collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You must not attempt to access another player's account, interfere with the platform's systems, or conduct any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the jelilive platform. Such conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

jelilive reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other players.
• Use of automated tools or third-party software to manipulate gameplay.
• Duplicate account creation.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended for suspected breach of Terms, jelilive will conduct an internal review. Any balance held in a suspended account will remain pending the outcome of the review. If a breach is confirmed, jelilive reserves the right to forfeit the balance where permitted under Philippine law.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting jelilive support. Upon closure, any remaining balance that has cleared all wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

jelilive is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. All accounts are subject to the 21+ age requirement. Players are encouraged to treat gaming as entertainment and to maintain a clear budget and time limit for their sessions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, jelilive's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. jelilive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

jelilive is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the player's use of the platform in a manner that breaches these Terms, or from the player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

12. Changes to These Terms

jelilive reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. jelilive may also notify registered players of significant changes through in-platform notifications or email to the address on file.

Your continued use of the jelilive platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and may request account closure through jelilive support.
